Final Self Reflection

Based on what I complete in 1503 and what experience that I got, I learned many useful things.  First of all In TED talk, I wrote a summery in my own words about a video that somebody talk and I toke the main ideas from it and make a summery. Then The PSA video, I record my voice for 30 seconds and make I summery in my blog.  Then I did a interview/cv with or teacher and discuss our skills and our experience to have a job in any place that we want. Also, I did poverty presentation, every student in the class choose a country and then we did a research about it and then we talk about the problem that faces this country and the solutions.

I got many skills in this semester such as how to do the summery in the best way and I got confidence to record my voice in PSA video.  IN the interview/cv I learned how to attract the interviewer and how I let him approve me to work with them.  Also, I got the experience to talk exactly in 20 second in every slide the the presentation.  In Poca Choca, I got good skills to attract the listener and not letting him be bored.

In the end, our teacher let as got the confidence in our self in how to talk English in better way, and also who to mange my future in the best way. At the end of the course, I will take every thing rhat I learned and improve it to make my life better.

Healthy lifestyle

Most of adults spend more than 8 hours sting in front of the TV and this makes them lazy and unhealthy. Walking every day is better to their body; also doing some exercises in there home makes them more healthy and active. for example In the Mall, going up to the next level by the stairs is better than using the elevator. Also, eating vegetables and food with less sugar is better than fast food and soft drinks. Finally, making bad choices for your body will lead to death. So, Be active and don’t be lazy.

TED Talk

The career advice you probably didn’t get

Imagine there are a lot of hard working women who care a lot about their jobs. Do you know that women take the less percentage in taking any leadership positions in any organization? Because people see women are misguided or have lack information. So, women should have their leadership position and improve it to become more active by using the talents and skills they already have. Working inside or outside organization is good to achieve the goals.
Even if women did that, it’s not enough to reach the leadership position. All women who take the career advice, they misunderstand that they should look at the door opener for career advancement by considering in business, business strategic acumen. Also, don’t forget their skills.
